The monkey breaks into a riot police supply closet and replaces the rubber bullets and tear gas with dum-dums and nerve gas in Union City, Tennessee.

In an effort to throw authorities off his trail, the monkey poses as a ghost in an abandoned amusement park. He would have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn't been for those meddling kids.
The monkey is now wanted for second- degree murder in the state of Tennessee.
