I am stupid.

I've been trying to figure out why two of the forms (frozen form and solid form) don't move from their spawn point.

It's was because...(wait for it)...all the rooms around them were set to nomob!

Doh. and you can't rat it, either, because then you end up turning on nomob in all the rooms that don't have the nomob flag on.
